Modern en-suite bedroom in a 2 bed/2 bathroom new build apartment. The flat is located on the top floor of a residential block, in Camberwell near Burgess Park.
Oval (Northern), Elephant&Castle (Northern and Bakerloo) and Denmark Hill (overground) are within 10 minutes distance. Plenty of bus routes going all directions.

The room comes with double size ottoman bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawer. Ensuite bathroom, the other bedroom has the sole use of the second bathroom.

Open plan kitchen with plenty of storage, big sofa, TV, dishwasher, etc. The living room is facing east with a nice spacious balcony looking towards Canary Wharf. The bedroom is facing south west with plenty of light in the afternoon. Beautiful view of Nine Elms (and a little tease of the Big Ben).

The block sits away from the main road with a communal courtyard/garden, so it is very quiet. Also, there are different cycle stores to park your bicycle.

I'm a 41 years old man working in retail, full time in the office. The flat is not suitable if you are working from home. I consider myself respectful and considerate. I have an active lifestyle hitting the gym quite early in the morning and leaving the evening to relax or meet friends/boyfriend. The party days are generally over, I prefer to socialise having a friend over for dinner. Other than gym, I love cycling, cinema, cooking and travelling.
I like to share with someone similar, respectful of our own life/space without being a total stranger.

Bills are not included, they normally come around £150/each or less. Reference, 1 month in advance and 1 month deposit will be required. The room will be available towards the end of September (with some flexibility).

Mon-Fri can be considered.
