Sunny double room in gorgeous South London flat

Hi,

We have a spare room in our beautiful South London flat available to rent from 5th September. Comes with double bed and some furniture, but if you have things to bring with you it's not a problem, as there's plenty of space.

The flat is just off Coldharbour Lane so transport links are very good. In brief:

8 mins walk to Loughborough Junction or Denmark Hill train stations (direct links to London Bridge / Victoria / Kings Cross etc., all within c. 15 mins)

5 mins walk to Camberwell green - a hub for bus routes

15 mins walk (or 5 mins bus) to Brixton tube.

Buses 345 / 45 / 35 also stop just outside and run to Brick lane / Peckham / Brixton / Clapham / South Kensington.

The flat itself is lovely - top floor in a mansion house with wooden floors throughout. Separate large kitchen with dining table and balcony. It's also got a roof terrace upstairs!

We're pretty sociable and easygoing. We like to keep the house clean and looking pretty so it's important that all housemates contribute to that. We love music, reading, films and the usual going to galleries, eating nice food etc. etc.
