Double Room with ensuite in Mews by Brixton

Hi everyone,

I've got a double bedroom with ensuite available soon.

The room is 14ft x 10ft and bright and airy with a high ceiling in a small private gated mews. It is fully furnished with king size bed , large 2m wide double wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout blinds and bookcase with access to private ensuite shower room.

As for the rest of the house it is open plan downstairs with a 28ft x 16 ft living, dining, kitchen and study area and a separate cloakroom. To the front is a private courtyard garden with table and chairs and to the back is a private decked area. There is also a place to safely store any bikes inside the mews if like me you cycle most of the time.

£1100 includes all bills -council tax, gas, electricity, tv license, and broadband.

It's really well connected transport wise, lots of options...

At the end of the road is the bus stop for:
345 - runs from Peckham to Kensington
35 - runs from Clapham to Kensington
45 - runs from Clapham to Kings Cross station
Loughborough Junction train station is a minute walk away and Denmark Hill is a short walk away through Ruskin Park which is just round the corner along with a great pub.

The nearest tube is Brixton which is a 10-15 minute walk down Coldharbour Road.

As for me I'm 43, work in tv, provide legal advise on entertainment and daytime programmes at ITV I tend to spend 3 days working from home a week. Gym a few times a week and enjoy nights in socialising as much as going out.

Looking for someone who I connect with and want it to feel like a home rather than just renting out a room. We're blessed with great neighbours so it's a friendly little community too.
