Double room with overlooking of the Burgess Park

Hi all,
We are a spanish-english speaker couple both 30, who just increase the family. We are non-smokers, clean and easy going that wanted to share our flat with people with similar characteristics mainly for our little baby.
The flat is located in Cobourg Road, opposite to Burgess Park and Old Kent road. The area is well connected to the centre and East London. The nearest station is about 5 to 8 minutes away by bus(Elephant & Castle station). It is opposite Burgess Park, where Bbqs and events take place on weekends. Shops, Tesco, Asda, Sport Direct.. its just few minutes walking from the flat.
As pictures shows, the room is fully furnished with double bed (now has a new one with drawers), double table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and has two big windows that make it bright.
The cost for the room is £160 per week with bills included plus two weeks deposit.
