Lovely room to rent in Kennington

I am a 28 year old female lawyer looking for someone to rent my spare room. The flat is a two bedroom flat, recently decorated with modern furnishing and appliances. It is a Victorian conversion, with period features throughout, including original fireplaces. There is a beautiful, south-facing garden, which gets sunshine all day long.

The flat is located between Kennington and Oval, in a very "up and coming" neighbourhood. The street is a residential street, with a large park very close by (Burgess Park) and good shops within walking distance. I will happily recommend some good local spots for eating and drinking.

Kennington has excellent transport links to the City and the West End. The tube (on both branches of the Northern line) is a 10 minute walk and there are several bus stations just a couple of minutes' walk away, with buses to London Bridge (7 minutes), Westminster (15 minutes), Oxford Street (15 to 20 minutes) and Shoreditch (20 minutes).

I work on a busy schedule and am often not home in the evenings until late. When I am around though, I'm a sociable person and would always be up for a drink nearby. However, I would hope that a flatmate will make themselves at home in my flat anyway!
