We have a lovely double room available in our bright, warm and spacious home in Zone 2, right opposite the beautiful Myatt’s Fields Park.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a room — someone who would like to feel at home, enjoy living with other friendly professionals and be part of a relaxed and sociable flat.

The flat is within walking distance of:

* King’s College Hospital – approximately 15 minutes
* Camberwell – approximately 14 minutes
* Oval Tube Station – approximately 10 minutes, Northern Line
* Brixton – approximately 15 minutes
* Loughborough Junction – approximately 15 minutes, with trains to Farringdon and Blackfriars

Local buses towards Oval, Vauxhall, Victoria and central London are just a 4-minute walk away.

The double bedroom is comfortable, quiet and well equipped, with:

The flat is in a stunning Grade II listed converted monastery, directly opposite Myatt’s Fields Park, which has two free tennis courts.

The location is peaceful and leafy while still being very well connected to central London.

The building also has a fantastic rooftop terrace with great views across London, which is perfect for enjoying the summer.

There is a good community within the building, including a WhatsApp group and a donation area where residents give away unwanted items such as books and furniture.

The atmosphere in the flat is friendly, relaxed and laid-back. We enjoy having a chat, cooking and spending time together, while also respecting each other’s privacy and busy lives.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and enjoys living with other interesting people. We’re hoping to find someone who is looking for a home rather than simply a room.

We have a TV in the lounge, but we tend to use the communal space for socialising rather than spending lots of time watching TV.

Bills are £135 per month and include:

* Council tax (Band F)
* Wi-Fi
* TV licence
* Water
* Electricity

All bills are fixed except electricity. Approximately £55 of the £135 monthly amount is allocated to electricity, based on estimated usage.
