I have a beautiful new build apartment at the Camberwell Fields development. It is next to sunny Burgess Park.

There is a very large front room with bright white fitted kitchen including dishwasher, dining table and chairs and a large living room area. There are big glass doors to the garden so it really is a lovely space.

Other features: a utility room with washing machine/dryer. The soundproofing is excellent and the entrance is a large glass atrium which looks very impressive.

The main room has an en-suite so this room has mostly sole use of the family bathroom (no other toiletries are kept there etc).

TRANSPORT INFO:
* Elephant & Castle Tube Station: 28 min walk, 13 min Bus (every 2 mins), 10 min bike ride.
* You can then catch Bakerloo, Northern and Overground.

You can pretty much get a bus from the end of the road anywhere into London, it is very convenient and saves a fortune on a travelcard ;)

The current flatmate is a female professional. There are also two very sweet cavalier king charles spaniels who live here.

Ideally looking for a short term let from 1 -6 months (possibly longer if it worked out).
