The large double room with shared bathroom has access to its own little outdoor patio/garden via skylight/window which provides a lovely space to sit in the beautiful atmosphere of the mews.

The kitchen is modern, being fitted with oak wood units, granite style worktops and integrated appliances. Perfect for someone who enjoys cooking as I do.

The apartment has video security entry phone, gas central heating, double glazing and comes with off street allocated parking.

The building lies in front of 'Vanguard Court' a cobbled mews housing many workshops/ateliers and studios, some of which have links with the Camberwell College of Art. There is electronic gating and entrances to the building rendering the whole environment a secure and peaceful enclave.

It is a very modern and unique living arrangement and perfect for independent people looking to find a shared home in London.

Currently the ensuite bedroom is taken by a professional male with interests in music and the other flatmate is myself an Actor and filmmaker. We have had a great time living together and now our third flatmate is moving out we would like to find a nice person to take the room and complete the lovely flatshare.
