I am looking for a tidy and considerate tenant. I have a furnished double room available in my three-bedroom flat, ready to let. The flat is on the third floor of the building which is located in the SE7 area of Greenwich. The area is well positioned for public transport being serviced by the 53,54,422 bus routes, the 486-bus route is also within easy walking distance. North Greenwich tube station is a 15 min bus ride, while Charlton and Westcombe Park overground station can be reached in about 7-9 minutes. If you have a car, free parking is available at the residence.
Rent is £695 pm inclusive all bills the deposit is one month rent paid in advance. The flat is well equipped with all necessary amenities including fast internet Wi-Fi, all cooking and washing appliance etc. If you have any special requirements, I would be happy to look into ways to accommodate you. Smoking is not allowed inside but the flat has a balcony that you can use if you are a smoker.
About myself, I am an easy-going considerate and very tidy person. I enjoy talking about a wide range of different topics and daily things, but I also like to spend most of my time in my room. Currently I am a student. I keep the flat in good condition both the communal areas and my private spaces. I like to practice yoga You would be sharing the flat with two males.
The room is furnished with a double bed, computer desk and chair. It has a built-in wardrobe and plenty of shelving. From the window the room enjoys pleasant views of Blackheath Tennis Club with Blackheath itself in the distance.
