▲3500 for 3 years on sound project houseboat

Myself and my workmate are looking for someone practical & 100% PERFUME-FREE to contribute effort and a one-off £3500 for 3 years' berth. READ ALL THE AD PLEASE !

This will give the right person somewhere stable to live for 3 years. It will mean camping out a bit for at least a few months, while we clear the decks. I expect around 6 hours a week. Once that's done less time might be needed.

It's an ex-working boat, steel and sound on a secure residential mooring - nice people - and you will have no mooring fees to cover. No council tax. There is a very basic kitchen and bathroom and a fair amount of space below with your own private cabin. It's about an hour from London by car, slightly longer by bike and train.

We are utterly genuine and can provide references. I have been saving up for a great boat - but now I am being (no-fault) evicted from my home of 30 years, and am disabled so cannot raise quite enough in time - yet hope to make this work as my auto-immune breathing allergy means it's virtually impossible to rent in a building. £3500 is the full amount up front with no weekly rent after, but it cannot be paid in installments - it amounts to about £25 a week equivalent. There could be electricity, gas, internet and water costs depending on your usage, but I'll cover most of that.

No Business Studies types, no religion mongers, intelligent people only please. If you don't read the ad properly I will ignore your message offering me a dinky flat share.

I also want to know about your interests and skills before I reply please- AND VITALLY YOUR EXPERIENCE OF LIVING WITHOUT PERFUMED PRODUCTS - because I have enough to do at the moment and I need to have a good idea we'd be compatible first.
