Nice little room in creative flat - work exchange

I am looking for someone interesting and internationally minded with time to spare. Must avoid ALL chemical perfumes for health reasons. No mindless professionals, no 'business studies' students, no hair or beauty practitioners. I avoid factory produced meat but this is not a deal-breaker. 30 minutes from London Bridge and near DLR.

I need someone to help with a workshop relocation for around 6 hours a week. You might also be willing to spend extra time to market items on ebay, without using AI please, for a 50/50 share of the earnings.

People generally looking for the cheapest room will be IGNORED, and will be a house guest only. Do not expect all mod cons! No TV license either. Good conversation is available however. The bathroom is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. (No council tax.)
