Furnished single room available in newly renovated house in Charlton, SE7.

Good transport links into central London:
15 minutes to Woolwich (Elizabeth Line station)
35 minutes to London Bridge
40 minutes to Blackfriars

I looking for a friendly flatmate to share the house with. I am usually quite busy with work from Monday to Friday so will be out for most of the day, unless I am working from home.

Ideal flatmates would be students or young professionals, however I am open to anyone as long as they are friendly, respectful, and hygienic.

The rooms is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and bedside chest of drawers. There is one shared bathroom on the ground floor.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi and all bills are included in the rental price. The property is council tax band D.
