I am a recent graduate currently working in Farringdon, looking for friendly flatmates to share the house with. I am usually quite busy with work from Monday to Friday so will be out for most of the day, unless I am working from home.

I am open to anyone as long as they are friendly, respectful, clean and hygienic. Everyone is expected to contribute to the upkeep and general cleanliness of communal areas e. g. kitchen, bathroom, dining room.

The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe, there is one shared bathroom on the ground floor.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi and all bills are included in the rental price. The property is council tax band D.
