Single room to rent with exellent travel links.,

We have a 3 bed family home in Charlton .
It has a large garden and plenty of amenitie's close by Inc, gym lido, libraries and park's.
Very good choice of transport links. although there's plenty of green open spaces one can commute into central within 30 minute's.
We will ask if everything is okay with the room and withing reason will provide anything that's needed, such as extra storage...
We will have basic things available, clean bedding, tea, coffee, milk. washing machine. towels,
And once the weather cheers up the quest can enjoy the garden and ofcourse have full use of the kitchen.
We have a dog, which is friendly .
Our place would suit a more mature guest which enjoys a cosy relaxing friendly abode.
