Hi there,
I am currently looking for a new flatmate for the 1-bedroom flatsahre!
It is a 1 bedroom flat that we converted into 2 bedrooms. The flat is located in Charloton SE7, which is a very short bus ride from Woolwich and about 10-15 min bus ride to Greenwich. The move-in date ideally is 17th December however, it can vacate earlier, if needed. The current rent is £780 pcm plus bill which roughly comes to £80-£100 per month (over winter it may be a little more because of heating).
If it is something you may be interested in, please drop me a message (via here or text) and I can send more pictures of the space (I am only uploading a few pictures as this is our living space but I am more than happy to share many more in private message!). I would also love to, if both parties are interested, to meet up for a coffee so we can get to know each other a little more!:)
Key information:
- Furnished double room available with dbl bed, massive in-build wardrobe, extra storage, mirror, side table and two bookcases.
- There is no living room (it was converted to my current bedroom), however, the kitchen fits a table with chairs.
- Bills are not included however everything is available at the flat, under my name. There is Virgin Media broadband and all bills come roughly to £80 pcm as I have a discount on the council tax. Over winter if more gas is needed for the heating it will be slightly more. All meters are top-up base.
- Can make a deal an all inclusive deal if preferred. Short let considered.
- About me and the prospective tenant: I am 28yo and I have been in London for the past 10 yeara. I am working from home 2 days a week. Everybody welcome!

PS I have 3 chinchillas! I have permission for pets at the contract and the house is strictly non-smoking because of both the landlady and my pets. Pets are always staying in my room however, it will be perfect if the future tenant is not allergic and generally likes furry rodents :) As chinchillas are scared of any cats or dogs, unfortunately, there cannot be any more pets at the house, as long as they are not e. g.., hamsters or any other small cage pets.
