Impecable bedroom in a peaceful home.

Short let welcomed until October. The new tenant in October will be able to move to a newly ruburbished property then, with similar standards to this room.
Impecable double bedroom with an electric desk and sound system and a possibility of having your own toilet. This is a quiet area and the house is well located. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk and a big supermarket store 4 mins by bus. Unfortunately my tenant, and now friend, has moved to another city. There is plenty of natural light, a lovely electric desk and a sounds sysyem speaker in the room. There are 2 toilets in the house so happy to agree to use them separately. I am looking for someone that is looking for a real home, respectful, clean, and kind. I will make sure that I reciprocate these principals so we can create a peaceful ambience. Many thanks
