Excellent transport links within walking distance (both train and bus), which can take you to the Centre of London or to Canary Wharf in under 20mins. London City Airport is also less than 30min away by train/DLR.

The room is fully ready to move in! Double bed frame and mattress is provided, as well as bedside chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, desk with monitor and office chair. Bed frame comes with ottoman storage, so plenty of room for storing luggage, small boxes, seasonal clothes, etc. We are also happy to provide/share any other room essentials that you might need such as bed sheets/duvet, pillows and towels. The room has a lot of natural light and access to a private balcony that will only be used by you. You will have your own bathroom that is adjacent to the bedroom. It is a large family sized bathroom with a bath tub and shower.

Large size open-plan lounge with a large TV and modern kitchen, fully equipped with all integrated high-spec appliances, including electric hob and hood, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils are provided. The flat is equipped with a washer/dryer in perfect condition.

Rent is £1150pcm and £1000 deposit, minimum stay 6 months, with a rolling contract after the first 6 months. ALL BILLS are included (council tax band C, water, electricity and heating, TV Licence) and a fortnightly cleaner (the living spaces are always kept clean and tidy).
