🔸Description of room and flat:
The bedroom is part of a 2-bedroom flat, shared with one professional couple. The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living room and 2 balconies.

Excellent transport links within walking distance, both train and bus, with easy access to central London and Canary Wharf in under 20 minutes. London City Airport is also less than 30 minutes away by train/DLR.

The room is fully ready to move into! A double bed frame and mattress are provided, as well as a bedside chest of drawers, a large built-in wardrobe, a tall chest of drawers, and a desk with a monitor and an office chair. A wall-mounted TV is also provided in the bedroom.

The bed frame comes with ottoman storage, so there is plenty of room for luggage, small boxes, seasonal clothes, etc. We are also happy to provide/share any other room essentials you might need, such as bed sheets/duvet, pillows and towels.

The room has lots of natural light and access to a private balcony that you will use exclusively. You will also have your own bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. It is a large family-size bathroom with a combined bathtub/shower.

Large open-plan lounge with a large TV and modern kitchen, fully equipped with integrated high-spec appliances, including electric hob and hood, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils are provided. The flat is also equipped with a washer/dryer in perfect condition.

🔸Price and what is included:
Rent is £1,215 pcm, with a £1,215 deposit. The minimum stay is 6 months, with a rolling agreement thereafter. ALL BILLS are included: council tax band C, water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and TV Licence. A fortnightly cleaner is also included, and the living spaces are always kept clean and tidy.
