We are renting a large ensuite double in a beautiful Edwardian home.

You would be living with me, Alex, and my partner, Filip. I'm a 36-year-old lawyer and Filip is a 29 year-old scientist. We are both friendly and easy going.

You would be in the traditional master bedroom, which has a large bay window and high ceilings. The room has just been re-painted and has a brand new king sized mattress. There is plenty of storage.

The wider property is very spacious with a kitchen-diner, two downstairs living rooms, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The garden is southwest facing and includes a suntrap patio.

The road is lined with Edwardian buildings and the area is very green, with three parks within short walking distance.

There are numerous transport options, with the Woolwich Elizabeth line, Woolwich DLR, North Greenwich Jubilee, Woolwich Dockyard Overground and Charlton Overground stations all within a short bus ride or walking distance.

We are looking for somebody who is friendly, independent and reliable. We are LGBTQ+ and you'd need to be fine with that. We will consider couples subject to adjustment below.

Single - £975pcm, inclusive of all bills and a bi-weekly cleaner. £825 deposit.

Couple - £1375pcm, inclusive of all bills and a bi-weekly cleaner. Priority use of one of the spare bedrooms as an additional breakout/office/storage space. £1,100 deposit.
