A spacious, light-filled double room (4.2m x 2.8m) overlooking a tiered garden. Fully furnished with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk. The house is modern and features a lounge-diner, separate kitchen, two toilets, and a garden with a patio.

The Location:

- 6-min walk to Charlton Station (quick links to London Bridge, Cannon Street, and Crossrail/Jubilee via North Greenwich/Woolwich).

- Easy access to the Village greengrocers and major retail parks (M&S, Sainsbury’s, etc.).

About Us:
You’ll share with a professional couple in our 40s (an art therapist and a coach) and a small, hypoallergenic dog (Chaiya). We are a calm, considerate, and conscious household. We value our own space and yours, but we are also sociable and up for catch-ups, teas, or the occasional meal together —though there’s absolutely no obligation either way. We’re all about honoring boundaries while keeping a friendly atmosphere.

Living & Working Rhythm:
One of us works as a coach in schools - during term time they will be out of the house 2-3 working days a week, and on the remaining home office days uses the lounge as a workspace during the day. There may be a few weekday times when I have online sessions, and the lounge door will be closed for privacy and confidentiality. We ask that the lounge use is considerate on the days when it used as an office. This setup may suits someone who works out of the house during the day, or someone happy to work from the desk in their bedroom.

Pricing & Details:
Rent: £875 pcm (Inclusive of high-speed broadband, energy, water, council tax, and a fortnightly cleaner).

WFH Supplement: If you plan to work from home 4 or more days a week, we may ask for a small monthly utility contribution to help cover the additional year-round costs. However we are happy to be flexible - especially for a fellow dog lover who might be open to keeping Chaiya company during the day! If your schedule varies week-by-week, we can find a balance that feels fair.

Flexibility: We are open to Monday–Friday lets at a reduced rate.

Availability: From July. Standard lodger arrangement (references, 3 months' payslips, and Right to Rent check required).
