The room is currently used as a third living space/exercise space, you can keep the chest of drawers and/or use the sofa bed as a bed for the room if you wish, otherwise the room will be unfurnished and you are able to bring your own bed and the sofa bed will move into the living room for extra seating :)
The room is a small double but the rest of the house itself is huge and there is lots of storage space in the rest of the house — two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, and a massive garden. There is room in the living rooms for desk space for any work from home needs. There’s also plenty of space to hang out without ever feeling on top of each other.
This is a creative, social house, with 2 friends, one of whom is the live-in landlord, and the other tenant is 29 and works as a sound engineer. We’re both into music and creative projects, and the house has an easy, social energy. We’ll happily hang out, watch movies, paint, go for walks in the local park, eat together and we also both play music. Equally everyone also respects personal space and we are tidy and relaxed.
Council Tax Band E (included in rent).
Location is excellent — 10 minute walk to Charlton Station with easy access into central London. Next to bus stops, plenty of local shops, pubs, and parks. Greenwich Park and Blackheath are 25 minutes walk away.
