Small double room available in friendly, relaxed house in Charlton. The room has wooden floors and bay window which gets lots of natural light. Note - the chest of drawers can be put in the hallway and there is a desk that can be placed in the room too if wanted :)

The rest of the house is large and there are two huge living rooms, conservatory, kitchen, utility room, and a massive garden. There’s loads of storage throughout the house and space to work from home.

I am 36f (live-in landlord) and housemate (28m). We are into music, creative projects and all the usuals - watching films, going for walks, playing games, pub trips, day trips, dinner parties, etc. Very respectful of space and keeping things tidy. It’s very relaxed & friendly. Pets more than welcome too!

– 10 min walk to Charlton railway station (easy into central London)
– 2 mins to bus routes
– Local shops, park, outdoor lido and pubs nearby
– 25 min walk to Greenwich Park and Blackheath

Council Tax Band E (not included in rent). Bills approx £150 per month (not included in rent).

This would suit someone who wants to live in a home and socialise or equally someone who prefers more privacy and wants to just rent a room, we're very relaxed about things and looking for a relaxed, kind and friendly second lodger!
