Beautiful room in Greenwich House

Hello! I am leaving this fully furnished room in Greenwich as I am sadly moving back to Glasgow. Rent is £625 a month and the room is available from the 14th May.

THE FLATMATES

There are currently two women and a man living in the house: Vicky from Bulgaria, Shannon from London, and Tyrone from Australia. Everyone's fairly busy with work but it's still a friendly and social house and we love a drink or a wee party on the weekend. Everyone is very respectful and open-minded.

TRANSPORT

The bus stop is literally in front of our door.
Closest Tube stations are
North Greenwich - 10 minutes away by bus (Jubilee Line)
Cutty Sark - 15 minutes away by bus (DLR)

AROUND THE AREA

Charlton Shopping Centre is just 2 minutes walk away.

Supermarkets: Asda, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Lidl, Aldi and Poundland all at less than 5 mins walk away, as are many shops and coffee shops like H&M, Primark, TKMax, Starbucks, Costa, and more local cafes.

You have also many gyms around, and an off-licence very close.

The O2 arena, with more than 100 shops and 50 restaurants, is 10 mins away with the bus.

OTHER

We clean communal spaces regularly

Bills are paid every 1st or the month. In winter they can go higher to about £90 each, but in summer they drop much lower (WiFi, Gas, Water, Tv Livence and Council tax).
