Hello, we have a lovely double room available in our home in Charlton, ideal for someone looking for comfortable accommodation during the week .

The room has a proper king size bed, a small wardrobe for storage, and a desk. The WiFi throughout the house is fast and reliable.

Rent is £900 per calendar month, with all bills included (gas, electric, water and WiFi). The room is available now, with a minimum stay of 3 months. This is a Monday to Friday let, so you would have the room during the week and be free at weekends.
The location really is excellent. Charlton station is just 1 minute away on foot, and there are several bus stops right outside the house as well. Free parking is available. There is a genuinely massive Sainsbury’s just 2 minutes away on foot, along with Argos, Screwfix, Home Bargains, Lidl, Asda, m&s, boots, starbucks, costa, TK Maxx, Primark and much more
Huge Odeon cinema very close too.
there is a cycle lane directly outside the house leading into Greenwich, and the O2 Arena is about 10 minutes away by bus or bike.
It is a quiet residential street, so evenings are peaceful. You would share the kitchen and bathroom, and there is a small garden at the back that everyone is welcome to use. The household is a couple and one very relaxed cat who mostly sleeps and asks for very little attention.
