Double Room Available in Greenwich Area

Seeking a friendly, female housemate for a lovely double room in a spacious 2-storey, 3 bedroom house. We have a large kitchen, separate dining room and lounge, with a large back garden and street parking available. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, close to Greenwich and a short walk from supermarkets and shops.

The room is comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's a beautiful house, which we like to keep clean.

When we are all at home we like to kick back and watch movies, cook and chat over a glass of wine. We are two professionals, both relaxed, easy going and enjoy a good laugh. We are looking for someone with a similar outlook who would be planning to stay for at least 12 months.

The house is within a 3 min walk from Charlton station (7 mins to Greenwich by train); 15 mins direct by train to London Bridge; 25 mins direct by train to Charing Cross; 10 mins by bus to North Greenwich tube station/O2 arena.

Rent is £500 per month plus bills (wireless internet/cable tv, gas, water, council tax, electricity). It's really good value for the size of the house and the area!
