Double in beautiful Victorian flat

We're an Anglo-Canadian couple who have just bought this lovely flat and are looking for someone awesome to fill the second bedroom! We enjoy spending time at home with a glass of wine (or four) ... and we'd love to find somebody who enjoys the same.

The flat is split level ground and basement floor in a converted Victorian terrace - with a large living room, eat in kitchen, courtyard garden, and one bathroom. You'll be getting a small double bedroom, fully furnished, with lots of storage. All the furniture is brand new - bonus! The room also benefits from a small private courtyard.

We'd hope for someone who is respectful of the place (I mean, who doesn't like a clean home, right?), social, and friendly.

We both work in creative industries: Christine is an actor and Tom works in classical music. Make of that what you will! Talking about yourself feels a bit cringey...so forgive us if this is cliched...but we're outgoing, friendly, and love having friends round our lovely home.

We love Charlton: it's got great connections (trains to Charring X, Cannon Street, Waterloo and London Bridge - 12 mins fast train, 16 mins slow train to the latter; as well as great bus routes to North Greenwich which will be on the night Jubilee line from the end of next year), and a great greengrocery village feel. Greenwich and Blackheath are a stone's throw away.
