My current flatmate is moving so I am looking to find a new flatmate to take over the tenancy in the master ensuite room starting November 2024!
The apartment
The apartment is a newly furnished modern 2 bed duplex apartment set over 2 floors.
There is large open plan living room / kitchen area with very high ceilings throughout, bright floor to ceiling windows opening onto a large balcony area. It's a bright and airy space, perfect for relaxing, cooking, eating or hosting dinners with friends. The apartment has very high spec appliances and a Sonos music system built in with speakers throughout the apartment.
There are some fantastic EXTRAS which I have detailed below:
Secure concierge service / reception area.
In the building and included in the rent is an AMAZING co-working / office workspace (Wework style) for residents, with hot desks and access to printers etc. Which is perfect for anyone working from home!
With private CINEMA, (includes Netflix, Sky movies and sports, Apple TV
Residents Cafe downstairs which has chill out areas and booths great for socialising or meetings.

The room
The room is the master ensuite. It's extremely spacious double room with a built in wardrobe space with mirrors and plenty of floor space for additional storage and a desk/working area.
Room is carpeted with underfloor heating, clean white walls and high ceilings. Large floor to ceiling windows makes the room feel bright and extremely spacious.. The ensuite bathroom is a great size, with toilet shower and a sink. The main bathroom also has a bathtub with shower.
Rent
Rent for the room is £1,110 p/m with utility bills split equally at £84p/m
1GB fiberoptic broadband (fastest you can get!). Bills cover all utilities water, electric, internet etc. Council tax is also split.
About me.
I'm Sam, 28 years old. I work for a fintech based in Victoria, so I'm in the office most days.. but like to relax after work (if not meeting friends or playing some sport!) I am sociable, enjoy cooking, cleaning, chilling with friends. I am looking for a like minded flatmate to share the space with, who is clean and tidy and will make the place feel like home!
Located in travel zone 2, just short walks away from Deptford, New Cross, South Bermondsey, Surrey Quays and Greenwich. Deptford is buzzing with trendy restaurants and bars converted railway arches, Market Yard (recently purchased by Boxpark). Train time is just 5 minutes overground to London Bridge!
The tenancy agreement will start in 2nd November so looking for someone to move in then.
