Share open plan kitchen / lounge , bathroom with shower over bath, ground floor toilet, garden for bbq, high specs kitchen with filter water throughout the house.

Rent includes utility bills, water, internet, council tax. (gas and electric is cap to £150 per month)

My name is Dan, I work in data analytics mostly office base.
I enjoy socialising with friends after work, fitness, cooking, cleaning, host dinner sometime with friends/ family on the weekend.

My girlfriend travel for work 5 days a week, so she’s usually back on Sunday/ Monday.
The house is quiet most of the time since I go into the office most day
We’re both easy going, respectful, looking for a clean and tidy house mate who are like minded and would make the place feel like home.
