You will be sharing the house with three other people. We are a queer trans-friendly and poly-friendly household and committed to being anti-racist and anti-ableist. We want to be considerate, friendly, tidy, and are committed to openly communicate to make house sharing comfy, enjoyable and fun.

The house share is in a furnished two story house including: garden, garage, kitchen, bathroom, one additional toilet downstairs. The room is located on the second floor and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and additional storage space in the corridor.

Accessibility: The drive is on an upwards slope, a small step leads to a narrow corridor towards the front door. The front door entrance is not even flooring. The house consists of two stories, with two short staircases between each floor.

To sublet you will have to pass referencing with OpenRent and have alternative living arrangements after the end of the sublet. For example this could be a booking at a hostel or another tenancy agreement.
