Bus stop right near the house which is a 1-2mins walk for buses to most places, overground 12 to 15 mins walk, underground Canada waters station is 7mins with a bus and 18 mins by walk with really good transport day/night.
The house has a large living room with patio and everything is furnished for you to move in, 3 bathrooms one in the en-suite rooms and has a washing machine and dryer for your clothes.
All bills included and small deposit since it’s a let for a month.
