Available room to rent on a 2 bed 1 bath flat in SE8. Located in Aragon Tower with 24hr concierge. My flatmate of 2 years is moving out with her boyfriend so looking for a professional to replace her.

You will be sharing the flat with myself and my cocker spaniel Archie who is super loving and chilled. I am 26 years old and I work in tech sales.

There is an open plan living room with kitchen and 1 bathroom. The flat is on 2 levels separating the living room from the bedrooms. There are stunning views of Canary Wharf, Central London from the bedrooms and Greenwich from the living room. Tesco express 10 mins walk away, corner shop 5 mins walk and a big Tesco and a shopping centre 15 mins walk away from the flat.

I am looking for a professional like minded girl, who is easy going and needs a place to call home for the next 12 months and also loves dogs.

Bills are roughly £150 - £200pm, including Council tax, electricity and wi-fi.
