Hi! We're Caroline (28F) and Marion(28F), and we're looking for a relaxed and friendly person to join our 3 bedroom flat-share in Deptford!

Marion works in Polaroid and Caroline manages an art gallery, and we're hoping to find another working professional around our age (late 20s, early 30s) to join us!

We met and became friends by becoming flatmates, and we're looking for someone else who will also become both a flatmate and a friend! The atmosphere in the flat is very easy-going with a good balance of socialising (watching films together, cooking, drinks, etc.) and privacy.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy (and we have a cleaner come twice a month which helps).

The room is a large double that fits a desk. It comes with an ensuite bathroom/shower just for your own use and a balcony.

The cost of the room is £1000 p/m, with all bills costing £130~ p/m on top.
The room comes unfurnished, but the outgoing flatmate could dell his furniture if you don't have or don't want to buy your own furniture. To be confired

The flat is situated a ~10 minute walk from Deptford station and New Cross station (both are only 1 stop away from London Bridge). We are also 5 minutes walk from a bus stop that can take you to Greenwich and the O2 Arena, or to Central London (with stops in Canada Water, Bermondsey and London Bridge). We have Sainsbury's, Tesco, and a big Waitrose within walking distance.
