£650 Room to rent in surrey quays SE8

Hi, I’m looking for someone (female only) to take over my tenancy for a room in SE8 - about 15 minute walk from Surrey Quays station. It’s a lovely room, just moving out for unrelated personal reasons!

The bed is no longer in the way of the wardrobe lol, it’s by the other window, which makes much more space than the video shows. This is the smallest room in the house so has a reduced rent at £650pcm, with bills around £150pcm, so £800 ish total. This is why the deposit is a little higher, as the standard monthly rent per person would be 690.

The room comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and mirror, and has beautiful beams running across the ceiling which I currently use to hang plants and a projector💟

The housemates are all lovely early 20s women who are clean and tidy and up for a chat, we make the house feel cosy and friendly.

The bus stop towards Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations is right outside the front door, though the room is at the back of the house so the road won’t disturb you!

Looking for a female, preferably a young professional who can take over my tenancy (I’ll be paying for the amendment) until the end of the contract in August 2025.
