Looking for a female flatmate (27+) with stable employment, preferably working in tech with regular 9-5 hours, but not essential.
Current contract is 2 years
Location & Amenities:
• 6-minute walk to large Waitrose
• Close to Greenwich Park & Market
• Thames riverside perfect for running/cycling (just downstairs and left!)
• Quiet residential area with families and professionals
• Only downside: 11-minute walk to tube station
Property Details:
• 2nd floor (no lift, but only 4 floors total)
• £900/month for the second bedroom + bills and council tax split 50/50
• Council Tax Band D (£2,011.64 annually - so roughly £84/month each)
• EPC rating B (energy efficient!)
• Total property rent £1800 - I negotiated this down by several hundred pounds saving us both money, so 50/50 is non-negotiable
• Fully furnished and recently renovated throughout (no TV or dishwasher)
• New carpets in both bedrooms, damaged kitchen & living room floors being replaced

• Messy types (grimy hobs/sinks are my nightmare)
• Smokers or heavy drinkers

• Frequent parties (this isn’t a party house - occasional gatherings fine, but clean up afterwards)
