Cozy flat- short let, mainly for yourself

2 bedroom cozy flat with a nice terrace overlooking a park.. Short-term (from 1 month up to 4 months) only as the flat will go up for sale on 1 Feb( so there will be some viewings).
Good connections to Canary Wharf with the ferry (8 minutes away), Deptford (15 minute walk) or Surrey Quays and Canada Water(overground and Jubilee Line for central London). The Thames is just a minute walk away. Greenwich village is also nearby.
I am looking for someone very clean and tidy. Someone who will take good care of the flat and who is flexible with viewings from potential buyers. The estate agent would of course check in with you beforehand.
I come to the flat once or twice a month only so you would mainly be alone.
The flat is available from around the third week of February.
