Cozy flat- short let, mainly for yourself

2 bedroom cozy flat with a nice terrace overlooking a park.. Short-term (from 1 month up to 6 months with one month break out clause for both parties) . The flat has just gone for sale on 1st February so some viewings are expected.

I am looking for someone clean and tidy. Someone who will take good care of the flat and who is flexible with viewings from potential buyers. The estate agent would of course check in with you beforehand to make sure times are convenient.

Price negotiable if you want the flat entirely for yourself. Otherwise I keep one room for myself when I come to the flat once or twice a month just for a few days.
The flat is available from around 15th February.

Good connections to Canary Wharf with the ferry (8 minutes away), Deptford (15 minute walk) or Surrey Quays and Canada Water(overground and Jubilee Line for central London). The Thames is just a minute walk away. Greenwich village is also nearby.
