Room with Ensuite in 2 bed flat in Lewisham

My name is Holly, I’m 30 years old and work as a civil servant. I’m looking for a flatmate for my 2-bed flat in Lewisham. The room is £950 pcm in rent and about £165 in bills on top of that. The room comes with a double bed and chest of drawers, there's storage space under the bed and also a shared rail above the washing machine that you can use to hang clothes. You would also have your own bathroom (toilet/sink/shower). The flat is fully furnished, we have cooking utensils and cutlery etc so you wouldn't have to bring any with you, but if you want to bring your own stuff I can make space. There is also a dishwasher and garden.

The room would be available for a year from late March/April, but we can be a bit flexible with the move in date. I currently rent it with my boyfriend but he’s moving back home temporarily to save up some money to go travelling.

The flat is a 2 min walk from Elverson Road DLR station, and 10 mins from Lewisham train station. There is also an Asda and big Tesco with 10-15 mins walk.

I WFH one day a week but the rest of the time I’m in the office (including working alternate Saturdays). I like my own space but I’m also looking for a flatmate I can be sociable with. I’m interested in historical and cultural activities (I did Ancient and Medieval History at uni and have an MA in museum curating, so I’m basically interested in anything old!). I also enjoy reading (I’m in a book club), cinema, walking, playing badminton, baking, and going to theatre/gigs (when I can afford it!). I am quite tidy so would be looking for someone similar, but I also want you to feel like this is your home and you can relax.
