The property is in Lewisham and is a band C property. Our initial contract runs till the 14th August 2026 - but under the new Renters (Reform), this can be extended. The rent is £915, including all bills except for council tax which historically has been around £90 per month.

You will be sharing with my two housemates, Jano and Ignacia, both from Chile, studying public policy at LSE and working in communications, respectively. They are tidy, fun, respectful, and great to live with! Unfortunately I won't be around over summer and so am looking for someone to sublet my room.
