Large double room on ground floor of 3 story 4 bedroom house, room shares bathroom and ground floor with only one other and entry way/utilities

Room has bay door windows -north facing that open up onto gated community courtyard. Unfurnished but may be able to facilitate sale of needed furniture. Room has tall ceilings, carpets, and freedom to decorate.

Room shares wall with 1 creative who is an entertainer working in nightlife, so is best suited to non sound sensitive deep sleepers as the entry doors are also near to this room. As well as the utilities cupboard with washer and dryer.

House is made up of 3 stories, the ground floor 2 bedrooms, one the available room, facing a gated private courtyard, one another bedroom facing a quiet side road. The floor also has the entry way that acts as a storage space with utilities cupboards, front and back doors, and small shared bathroom.

1st floor is two more bedrooms only,
2nd floor is the combined living space and kitchen with high beam ceiling, large windows and Juliette balcony. Offers huge bright space and lots of kitchen and shared storage closet. Kitchen has all amenities including dish washer, and 4 fridges.

House includes private parking space in gated courtyard, overground pool in summer, and various storage spaces around the house.

The property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible as living space is up two narrow sets of stairs (15 steps 1st floor 30 steps 2nd floor) . Property has no intercom system and faces a side street at ground level with no step into property.

House is strictly queer and we are only looking for queer individuals, as we are all extremely gayyyyy

Would love to find professional around 30’s who although enjoys cleaning and homemaking is laid back and easy to get along with. Who is comfortable being flexible with both socialising and doing their own thing, but with no household requirements other than clenliness, respect of housemates work schedules and treating the house as a home.

We are 3 cis gay men, an Irish, Liverpudlian and Spanish, two English their first language and one with Spanish their first but fluent in both.

House is a casual hybrid of socialising and respected personal space. We’re all on different work schedules so spaces are shared transiently. With the occasional household gathering. Not a party house as living space is over two of the households bedrooms.

We have been in the house for 7 years, so would love to find a good fit for a long term housemate.

Rent is £815pcm, bills vary from £100-200pcm in the winter as the house gets quite chilly in winter months. Includes high speed internet and all utilities.

Move in June 1st with no flexibility on tenancy start date unfortunately.
