Sadly, I am relocating abroad for work, which means my beautiful en-suite room in this incredible 12th-floor apartment is up for grabs!

THE FLAT & ROOM You will be moving into a modern, bright 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 12th floor, offering spectacular panoramic views of London. The room is a spacious double featuring a comfy king-sized bed, built-in wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and your own private en-suite bathroom. The flat has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring high-end integrated appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, a stylish living area, underfloor heating and cooling, and superfast WiFi.

THE BUILDING (UNION WHARF) Living here is like living in a luxury hotel. Your rent includes access to some of the best amenities in London:

THE CURRENT FLATMATE You will be sharing with Anastasija! She is a wonderful, respectful, and tidy flatmate who is super easy to get along with. Anastasija works hybrid in the creative industry. She enjoys exploring London, going to exhibitions and events, travelling, and trying new places.

THE IDEAL FLATMATE We’re looking for a friendly, considerate young professional ( female, aged 23–33) who treats the flat like a home. Someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going, who enjoys a good balance of socialising and having their own space, would be a great fit. Ideally someone with a hybrid working routine and looking for a longer-term home. Couples unfortunately won’t be suitable, and pets would only be considered if they are cats.
