The rent is £500 and bills of £150 which includes water, electric, gas, council tax, broadband and sky TV, house amenities and a regular cleaner.

The house is 2 minutes walk from Elverson Road DLR station (Zone 2), 10 minutes walk from Lewisham station (zone 2) with direct links to London Bridge, Cannon street, Charing cross and Waterloo Stations

We are 2 male working professionals, 26 and 27 who have lived here for 3 years.
