Transport
The flat is 8 mins walk to Deptford National Rail - trains to Cannon Street/Bank (12 mins). It is 12 minutes walk along the river to Cutty Sark DLR (Canary Wharf (15 minutes) and Bank (20 mins)), you can walk to Canary wharf in 35 mins. It is 15 minutes walk to New Cross Overground and Buses from Deptford High Street (5 mins from flat) go to Canada Water (jubilee), Surray Quays (overground), London Bridge, the centre and south east destinations every few minutes. New Cross Gate (20 mins walk) has trains to Gatwick Airport.

Area
Deptford has a fantastic weekend market and the Deptford Market Yard has new bars, restaurants, shops, a brewery and a gym open - which are getting great reviews in TimeOut.

Greenwich has the various historical sites (Maritime Museum, Observatory, Naval College etc), the beautiful park, cafes, pubs, tea houses, a picturhouse cinema and a weekend market. New Cross also has lots of pubs, bars and brunch places etc

Shops
A huge Waitrose is a 10 minute walk along the river to Greenwich. Surrey Quays/Canada Water have a large shopping centre/Decathlon. There is a small tesco/sainsbury's 5 minutes walk away and lots of local shops along the high street selling fresh fruit and veg.

Living
I am a live-in landlord who is looking for someone Monday to Friday. I am independent and occasionally work longer hours so am probably out 2/3 times a week. I enjoy going out with my friends, playing sport, eating out, cinema/theatre, dancing, travelling, and also relaxing at home.
