Super large loft dormer with double bedroom and en-suite facilities. This space is truly lovely and serene. Zone 2 on a quiet road with free parking.

In-built full length wardrobe + small free standing wardrobe, large dresser drawers/linen press, small settee, antique pine wash stand/small desk and chair and small wall mirror. Loads of light through three windows: two to the back (both double glazed sash windows) with roller-blinds and the windows overlooking the garden. You can also see The Shard and The Walkie talkie from here. At the front there is a large Velux window with blackout blind. There's also a small Velux window in the bathroom. The shower is walk-in and fairly large with Triton electric shower and extractor. Small white Victorian style sink and pedestal with mirror and shaving point. Heated chrome towel radiator and bathroom cabinet. This situation is suited to one person only and someone who doesn't really need to cook their main meal at home. Use of the washer/dryer in the utility room and space in the fridge for essentials or a fridge upstairs.
I am looking for a respectable, considerate and tidy individual; someone who is in full time work/study. I have pussycats and horses so please consider this if you have allergies or if you like cat sitting 😻 always a bonus!
Travel is very good from here to all parts of the Capital. 7 mins walk from Surrey Quays overland, 10-15 mins Canada Water, DLR at Deptford Bridge, Canary Wharf one stop with the new Elizabeth Line and umpteen bus routes and connections. The riverboat at Greenland Dock/Surrey Quays is approx. 12mins walk.
Deptford Park is two mins and Greenwich is up the road. The nearest supermarket is a Lidl. Sainsbury and Waitrose at Deptford Creek and Tesco at Surrey Quays. Canada Water station also has a Sainsbury. Please feel free to contact should you have any further questions. I may consider 7 days a week rental for the right person. Most things are negotiable 👍
