Lovely Double Room Clean Quiet Home (short term)

I would like to find someone quiet and tidy to stay in my lovely house.

My double room is available from 01st June.

The room is ideal if you need it for shorter period, minimum 1 month stay, maximum 3 months.

I am only looking for the following:
- Non smoker
- Quiet
- Very tidy
- No couples (single use only)
- Someone that prefers a quiet residential area

All amenities like supermarket, post office, pharmacy, park, bus stops and train station are up to 10min walk.

My house is well maintained and decorated. There is a nice garden view from the bedroom's window that you are also welcome to use.

The room has a very good quality mattress, black out blinds, heating, bedside, table and chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe with hangers.

I can also provide bedding, duvet, towel and pillows if you need, no extra charge.

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with other 2 people (3 bed house). Living room is *not* shared.

As I have 2 cats, you will need to be ok with cats, as you will see them in the kitchen, garden or down the stairs occasionally. They are friendly and this is a non smelly house (they only toilet outside).

Kidbrooke station is 10min walk and Eltham is 15min walk. Trains go to London Bridge (16min), Waterloo East/ Charing Cross / Cannon St (23min), and Victoria (28min).

Bus stop is 5min walk with buses to North Greenwich/02 (18min), Woolwich (14min), and Greenwich village (25min).

Door to door: Lewisham and Woolwich are about 20min away. London Bridge about 30min away. Canary Wharf and the Excel are about 35min away. Cannon St/Bank, Charing Cross/Embankment/Trafalgar Sq, Waterloo/Westminster and Victoria are 45min away.
