Lovely Room Clean Quiet House (short term)

I am going away for 3 months and would like to find someone nice to stay in my lovely house in my room while Im away. This room is ideal if you need it for a short period from 2nd Feb to 29th Apr.

I am only looking for the following:
- Non smoker
- Quiet
- Very tidy
- No couples (this room is for single use only)
- someone that prefers a quiet residential area (that has all amenities like supermarket, post office, pharmacy, park, bus stops and train station up to 10min walk)

My house is well maintained and decorated. There is a nice garden view from the bedroom's window that you are also welcome to use.

The room has a very good quality mattress, black out blinds, heating, bedside, table and chair, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

I can also provide bedding, duvet, towel and pillows if you need, no extra charge.

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with my 2 flatmates (3 bed house). Living room is *not* shared.

As I have 2 cats, you will need to be ok with cats, as you will see them in the kitchen, garden or down the stairs occasionally. They are friendly and this us a non smelly house.

Kidbrooke station is 10min walk and Eltham is 15min walk. Trains go to London Bridge (15min), Waterloo East/ Charing Cross / Cannon St (23min), and Victoria (28min).

Bus stop is 5min walk with buses to North Greenwich/02, and Woolwich (15min), and Greenwich village (25min).

Lewisham and Woolwich are 15min away. London Bridge is 30min away. Canary Wharf and the Excel are 35min away. Cannon St/Bank, Charing Cross/Embankment/Trafalgar Sq, Waterloo/Westminster and Victoria are 45min away.
