Housemates are from Romania, Moldova and Lithuania. All speak good English.
Settled house share. 2 of the Tenants have been there for more than 3 years and the other 1.5 years.
Current housemate moving out due to relocating back to Poland having lived at this address over 3 years.

Looking for a tidy and clean person that's friendly to move into Bedroom 1 downstairs.
The housemates are decent people, all working.
There is a cleaner that comes every fortnight that cleans the common areas. Cost £17 each per fortnight.
House has a seperate shared Lounge and Conservatory. There is also a gazebo outside with a table under cover. So plenty of shared space.

Rent including bills is £835pcm. Cleaner is an extra £17 per fortnight.

Free parking on the street for about 6 cars (as it is a corner section)
