Looking for a lovely new flatmate for a double room in a friendly, relaxed flat! The flat is cosy and gets loads of light and perfect for someone who values a peaceful, homely vibe. It comes furnished and ready to move in – just bring your things and make it your own. Some of the home decor is disappearing but it means we can redecorate together!
The rent is £750 per month plus £150 for bills. That includes unlimited everything even council tax other than a few quid for internet. The bills being completely unlimited means in winter we will be warm, summer the fans can be non stop and no cap on water. Obviously we wanna save the planet but it's a load off not worrying about bills going up!
You'll be sharing with just me, I'm an actor so depending on the month I could be working in a bar or in a show so discounts across London! I'm an easygoing, respectful flatmate who enjoys a good balance of socialising and quiet time. As long as you keep the place clean I'll be happy! I'm massively into films and TV so if you're into that you're in good company!
The flat is really well-connected for SE London. Loads of buses going all which ways, the train line takes 15/20 mins to London Bridge and 30 mins to Charing Cross, Cannon Street or Victoria and we are pretty close to Lewisham so the DLR as well!
Kidbrooke feels really clean, safe and green. There's a huge park and we are pretty close to Blackheath park and Greenwich - I've walked it loads and it's no where near as far as you'd think!
