Spacious bright double room in a modern flat, 5 mins walk to Eltham train station, 20 mins direct train to London Bridge. Private allocated underground parking space can be included. Quiet, cosy flat sharing with 2 other professionals.

Can be taken on part-time e. g. Mon-friday basis or full time basis.
£500 pcm including bills for Monday to Friday stay (negotiable for shorter stays).
£600 pcm including bills for full-time stay.
Please note: There is no shared living room. The kitchen is only accessible after 7.30am on weekday mornings and before 10pm in the evening daily.

Direct trains also to Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria. Good links to Canary Wharf or London City Airport via DLR from Woolwich Arsenal (10 mins dirdct bus from Eltham) or from Lewisham (8 min train from Eltham). Direct bus to North Greenwich for Jubilee line. 3 mins walk to shops on Eltham High street, with new cinema complex recently opened.

This room would suit a busy professional or student who is happy with a mainly room-only set up. The flat is quiet, so a good place to relax in the evenings and get a good night's sleep. You would be sharing with me, a friendly female professional, into films and travel, who enjoys a good chat but also respects peoples space and need for down time. And one other, a friendly male professional who keeps things quiet and does not use the communal space (kitchen) due to his busy schedule.

The room is currently only available for approx 5 months maximum (although this could change). The room is single occupancy only and it is expected that no other people are brought into the flat or stay over.
