It's a quiet area with lots of nice houses around with plenty of parks and walks to enjoy (Royal Tarn, Crossharbour, Sports Ground, Fairy Hill, Royal Blackheath Golf Club, etc). A new Lidl supermarket is just 3 minutes walk.
Right next to the station there's A20 motorway that leads to Central London (about 10 min drive to Blackwall Tunnel / Greenwich O2 Arena).
For those who like going to the gym, Bannatynes Health Centre isn't that far away, or alternatively a nearby football pitch and Golf Club for those who like weekend action. There's also a farm just 5 mins walk away if you want to learn horse riding.
Double room - is for one person. It has a bed, mattress, wardrobe, table and a chair. The room is bright and overlooking the garden. The nearest train station is Mottingham, about 5 minutes walk to the station. The area has all the shops, takeaways, post office, etc.. The cost of the room as stated inclusive all the bills, including gas. electricity, water, council tax, and internet wi-fi.
The room was just refurbished and newly painted. It has new wooden floors, new bed, new mattress, etc.
The common areas of the house are looked after by a cleaner who comes every second week.
