I have available to rent a single bedroom containing a bed, a large wardrobe, and a working table.
You will have full shared use of all of the other parts of the property with 1 person only!
There is an unlimited and fastest in the aria 1Gb broadband.
All normal regular bills are included in the monthly rent.

1-2 months whole property short rental also considered.

I do live in the flat permanently.
I'm looking for a student tenant, intern or professional on short visit.
No pets are allowed in the flat.

The apartment is near Chelsea Bridge, SW1W in the new development. The flat is 6 minutes walk Sloane Square tube, 10 minutes from Victoria station. Beautiful Battersea Park less than 10 minutes walk across the bridge.
