Hi there!
The 2 bedroom flat is located between Pimlico and St James Park – amazing central Zone 1 London location.
The area is a safe and quiet oasis in between major roads, very accessible without the traffic noise.

The room
Single use only - carpeted double bedroom furnished with a full sized double bed, built in shelves, and a huge built in wardrobe/ storage.
Large windows with thick blackout curtains, facing inward to a quiet residential courtyard.

The flat
A spacious 2 bedroom flat with a good size living room, separate kitchen with modern appliances, large bathroom with bath and shower and a small laundry room. Central heating.
The building is a well maintained Victorian mansion, where the flat is on the fourth floor.

The location
Pimlico and St James Park are 5 mins walk away and Victoria is 10 mins walk. There are bus stops less than 5 mins walk taking you to Trafalgar Square/ Clapham/ Chelsea/ Vauxhall within 20 mins. 2 small Sainsbury’s less than 5 mins walk, pubs and cafes 2 mins walk, and the uber boat 10 mins walk away taking you to Greenwich. 20 mins door to door to Oxford Circus. 15 mins walk to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. You really can’t beat this central location.

The housemate
You'll be sharing with just me, I'm a working professional in consulting/ tech. In a previous life, I worked in luxury fashion & beauty. I have an active social and professional life, and just like to chill when at home. I travel a bit as well so sometimes you'll have the whole flat to yourself. My office is nearby but I'm out for meetings frequently and wfh half of the week. I enjoy eating out, netflix and the arts. When I can, I like to get away for surfing/snowboarding/ scuba diving trips.
Happy to make recommendations/ show you around if you're new to London, or if you just want to explore London a bit more. I've lived in the flat for almost 2 years and I feel very comfortable and safe.

Costs
Bills are included (utilities, fibre optic internet, council tax). The only additional costs are a DBS online check and £45 per fortnight for a cleaner, and household consumables to be split equally.

Short lets are considered with a price premium, please let me know your dates.
