I have 3 months left of my contract and I am looking for a replacement as I am moving to an apartment with my husband.
My current contract is £1030 refundable deposit and £1030 a month.
As I will have to start paying the rent in the other place immediately I have an offer on:
You can keep my £1030 deposit with the company and pay £1030 a month and take the deposit back at the end of your contract ( So you are actually paying £670 a month!!!) or extend your stay and keep the money.
They are a reputable company and you would have a legitimate contract with them.
