A double room space in Pimlico London SW1P.

Pimlico station is a 2 minute walk from the flat Victoria station is approximately a 10 minute walk and St James’s Park is a 7 minute walk.

Please note:
It is only for 4 months 10/1/2026 till 10/5/2026

I would like a clean and tidy professional/student.

I would require the first month upfront and on the 10 of each month.

The double room that is being rented is which is spacious with a 70 inch television mounted on the wall and a sofa.

Nice and tidy kitchen and bathroom .

I live in the single room and I am renting the double room.
