This apartment is well decorated with beautiful french antique furniture situated on the edge of sloane square. The mansion block has no lift, the apartment is on the 6th floor. I have reduced the asking price by £300 a month because of this reason alone. You will be able to enjoy the garden and roof terrace with a breathtaking view of central London and Parliament square. There's a day porter and security personnel at night. There's an off street car park, but no promises I will be able to provide space for your vehicle due to increased demand from the neighbors last few years, The bedroom is well furnished and kept very clean at all times. It comes with Internet and all bills included. I permanently work from home on my kitchen dinner table running my own business. No guests allowed but we see how it goes as im happy to review it. I am a very easy going person with cheerful attitude. I smoke in my kitchen and therefore smokers are no problem. The transport link here is excellent! Within walking distance of 2 ~5 minutes you will be able to use number of buses and underground. I would like to keep this as short term for 3 months, but should the tenant have good attitude, am willing to review the short term tenancy and extend further to an either male of female future tenant.
