Amazing room in Pimlico

Hi everyone! 🎉

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our beautiful, spacious home in Pimlico, just a 1–2 minute walk from Pimlico Station (Zone 1 and only 5 minutes from Victoria).

We’re two young professionals in our 30s, both easy-going, respectful and quite chilled. We love coming home after a busy day, relaxing, having the occasional chat in the living room and enjoying a comfortable, welcoming home. 😊

We’re definitely not looking for a party house, but for someone clean, respectful, sociable and relaxed who enjoys sharing a nice home while still having their own space and independence.

🏡 THE FLAT

The flat is modern, bright and very spacious, with a large living room and two big windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven and plenty of storage space.

There are three double bedrooms in total, and one is now available.

🛏️ THE ROOM

A comfortable double bedroom with:
• Double bed
• Large wardrobe
• Desk/table
• Chest of drawers
• Window

The room shares a large bathroom with me, which has a bathtub and a window.

All three of us share the large living room and kitchen.

🧹 We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks for around 2.5–3 hours.

📍 THE AREA

The flat is just a 1–2 minute walk from Pimlico Station. There are plenty of gyms, supermarkets, markets, cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to Battersea Park and lots of lovely places to walk and relax.

The area is especially nice during the summer, with plenty of green spaces nearby.

🏠 We’ve also just had brand-new carpets fitted throughout the flat and all the walls freshly painted white.

If you prefer to bring your own furniture, the existing bedroom furniture can be removed. We can also discuss adding anything else the room might need.

🚫 No couples or students, please.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone around our age (30s) who is clean, respectful, relaxed and has a similar lifestyle to ours.

📅 Available from 1st October — although the move-in date can be flexible if needed.
